Scouting Activities

Both kids have participated in Scouts since we have lived in the UK.  There is a long waiting list for participating in the UK scouts so we enrolled the kids in Scouts on the US military base.
Recently Little Man completed his Bear level for cub scouts and Princess is a Junior in the Girl Scouts.

His was very proud of his claw:)  Daddy did a good job!

I am proud to say Princess has already earned her Bronze award which is the highest honor for the Junior level:)

  1. It's nice to see your kids flourishing with Scouts. My girls both dropped out of Girl Scouts when they were juniors. :-( Neither of my boys did Boy Scouts. I haven't decided if I am going to encourage Little Miss to do Girl Scouts or not. It was a wonderful experience for my oldest daughter, who is extroverted, but not so much for my introverted middle daughter. Little Miss is kind of extroverted, but also has some major anxiety/separation issues, so I don't know... We'll probably skip Daisies anyway.

  2. I am so impressed with all that you are doing with and for your children. I was a den leader for all of my three boys and loved working with them. I loved Cub Scouts. I think it is awesome that your daughter is in the girl scout program. I loved your pictures of the two events.
    Blessings to you all!
